At Lake Life Rentals, we strive to provide a seamless experience for all our guests. To ensure vessel availability and fair scheduling, we adhere to the following Cancellation and Refund Policy:

 

Cancellations & No-Shows

• Advance Notice: Cancellations made more than 48 hours prior to the reservation start time will incur a fee equal to 20% of the total rental price.

• Short Notice & No-Shows: Cancellations made within 48 hours of the start time, or failure to arrive for a reservation, will result in a charge for the full rental amount.

• Early Returns: Please note that no prorated refunds are granted for vessels returned before the scheduled end time. 

 

Inclement Weather

Your safety is our priority. If inclement weather creates a dangerous boating environment, your reservation may be rescheduled for a future date at no additional fee. 

 

Security Deposit & Inspections

A $500 security deposit will be held on the credit card provided at the time of booking. This hold is released following our post-rental inspection, which may take up to 48 hours to complete after the vessel is returned.
