Can I rent a boat longer than 7 days?
Yes! Of course! We are happy to customize a rental package for you for any duration. Please give us a call in order to explore more options.
When is Check In/Check Out?
For full-day or multi day rentals, check-in time is 9:00 am and check-out time is 6:00 pm. For half-day rentals, check-in time is 9:00 am and check-out time is 1:00 pm.
Can I have a boat delivered to a lake that isn't listed?
Yes! Of course! We are happy to deliver and pickup at any lake within an hour of Fremont, MI with public launch access. If you are unsure of the location, please reach out so we can help coordinate.
What all is included in my boat rental?
Our all-inclusive boat rentals come with lifejackets, a full tank of gas and pre-rental inspection by our certified mechanics in order to ensure a worry-free experience. We will drop off the boat of your choice and pick it up when your time is up. No need to fill up the gas tank after, we'll take care of that, as well.
What's your cancellation policy?
Just a heads up: we require a non-refundable deposit for all bookings, and cancellations within 48 hours are charged in full. That said, we want you to stay safe! If the weather isn't cooperating, we’ll gladly help you rebook for free. Feel free to call us or check our full policy online for more info.
Are there any special rules for your rentals?
We do have a few rules that are normal for recreational rentals.
-Must be 21 years of age or older to rent equipment.
-Under 27 Years of age, must have completed a Michigan boating safety course (www.boat-ed.com/michigan)
-Qualified renter must be present to complete the rental contract and liability waiver.
-Intoxicants are strictly prohibited. Service will be refused to anyone under the influence of drugs and/or alcohol.
-No pets, BBQ grills, generators, smoking or fireworks are permitted.
Do I need a boating license?
While our rentals are available to anyone aged 21 and older, please note that Michigan state law requires operators under the age of 27 to complete a boater safety course. For your convenience, you can access the required certification here:
Can I bring food and drinks on the boat?
Yes! You absolutely can bring food and drinks on our boats. We are happy to add a Yeti cooler to any rental for a small fee. We do ask that you clean up after any spills and dispose of any trash in order to keep our rentals in "like-new" condition.
​Do you offer any add-on ammenities to enhance my boat rental experience?
To elevate your day on the water, we offer a variety of amenities for rent, such as stand-up paddleboards, floating docks, fishing poles, and coolers. For added convenience, pre-stocked ice is available upon request for an additional charge.
​What do I need to know about add-on amenities to my boat rental?
​To enhance your experience, we offer our premium add-on amenities at a fixed rate regardless of your rental length. Whether you book for a day or a week, you'll pay only one flat fee for items like our paddleboards and fishing poles. This means you can enjoy the floating hammock for your entire seven-day trip for a single $75 charge.
